Smooth Bacalan Melon, Lime and Apple

The ingredients
- 40 ml Cognac Hardy
- 3 ml Melon liqueur
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Green apple and ginger syrup
- Fresh basilic
- Egg white
The recipe
Put ice cubes in a glass. Add the melon liqueur, an egg white, lime juice and green apple ginger syrup, 2 fresh basil leaves and the Cognac Legend Hardy 1863 in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Remove the ice cubes and pour into a glass filtering through the strainer. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
